M+A Hotline

This is a confidential, private, and secured phone and text hotline for people in need of support for self-managed, miscarriage, or abortion care. They are pro-abortion clinicians with years of experience in caring for miscarriage and abortion patients.


Reprocare

Reprocare supports people having abortions with pills at home. Their anonymous healthline provides peer-based emotional support, medical information, and referrals if you need it!


Exhale Pro-Voice

Exhale offers a free, national textline that provides emotional support, resources, and information. Texts are completely confidential and counselors offer support and respect without judgment. The Exhale textline is available to individuals who have had abortions, and to their partners, friends, allies, and family members.


Abortion Resolution Workbook

After abortion feelings and reactions are complex, and about more than just abortion.
